-Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
-Implementation of sales and marketing strategies
-Establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth
-Direct the selling activities inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions
-Alignment of marketing mix to brand strategy
-Forecasting
-Build and nurture strong quality lead pipeline to help support both new business revenue targets as well as channel strategy
-Pursue and qualify sales leads, progressing early and mid-stage opportunities to expedite lead-to-close duration in partnership with sales teams
Mechanical Engineering Degree /Diploma - advantage
Previous experience in sales and management of sales personnel
Experience laser/plasma cutting (basic knowledge)
