A well-established organisation in Edenvale is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. Salary is R 15 000 basic per month. The salary will decrease with R 1 500 for the next 6 months which means the end basic will be R 6 000 per month with a commission structure. The commission will be calculated at 5% for the first year of the account, 4% second year, 3% from 3year onwards for the duration of the contract.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have 2 + Years’ Experience as a Sales Representative
- Must have sales experience within an international company for example Edcon, Dischem & Clicks
- Must have a contact list of suppliers to build up account database
- Must have experience within the sales of opening accounts
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Key Performance Areas:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Negotiate prime positioning in stores
- Present, promote and sell beauty products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Ability to analyse target market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Able to supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Propose best practices and promotional trends
- Increase forward share, floor share, shelf share of our products
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Perform additional duties as requested
