Responsibilities & Key Activities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential clients in the eCommerce and fintech sectors.
- Establish initial contact with prospects through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Educate prospective clients about PayUs products and how they can benefit their businesses.
- Qualify leads and close new business deals, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Present PayUs value proposition and negotiate terms with potential clients.
- Provide market feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and prospects in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Management teams to ensure smooth handover and transition of new clients.
- Good working knowledge of Payments, Banking and Financial domain,
- + 5 years sales experience in Sales, ideally in similar B2B environment.
- Experience in partnership lead,
- Proven track of negotiation skills.
- Cross Functional team experience (different time zones),
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, account profitability review,
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment with the multiple competing priorities,
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all internal and external teams including sales, business development, marketing, and product management,
- Salesforce experience,
- Effective and professional team communication,
- Team player.

- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and finalize agreements.
