Sales Executive Business Developer

Job Description
Looking for passionate, entrepreneurial sales candidates who are strong business
hunters and that will aggressively knock-down doors to increase market share
for. We are looking for an individual who can build up a healthy pipeline on a
CRM system through cold-calling and referrals. Must have a proven sales track
record in closing deals.
The individual requires a consultative approach to selling, with the
ability to negotiate with decision makers and business owners. Additionally,
the individual must be able to discuss a client’s business requirements and
sell accordingly as we offer an end-to-end cash management solution.
The individual must understand how to counter a client’s objections effectively
and sell the benefit of our management solutions to their pipeline.

Successful individuals wanting to apply should have passed matric and have a
valid driver's’ license and vehicle as well as a clean credit/criminal record.
Skills and Expertise:
• Proven track record of finding new business making use of cold-calling techniques.
• High closing ratio and deadline driven.
• Optimally manage a pipeline.
• Update the CRM System.
• Existing network and database of prospects.
• Able to sell to business owners/decision makers.
• Highly motivated and ambitious.
