Sales Executive - Independent

We are currently on a search for a Sales Executive Independent to join our Dynamic team to be based in Midrand , the purpose of the role will be to achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts, achieving revenue targets and handling the most important independent client accounts in a company. Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters and will make sure the deadlines for the clients are met, they will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsibilities
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Managing account team assigned to each client
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
  • Develop field marketing plans for improving sales and profitability.
  • Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.
  • Monitor and manage expenditures within allocated budget.
  • Recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands.
  • Act as a primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding market related activities.
  • Managing company assets (retail stands) to make sure it is according to the company standard and will include the corporate ci.
  • Training planning for all major key clients
  • Cross-functional communication with all other departments that will include supply chain and trade marketing.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Matric/ Sales Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills:
  • Good Relationship with all accounts: Be able to establish solid relationships.
  • Excellent Team player.
  • 3 years field sales experience required (MDA industry will be an advantage)
