Sales Executive - Luxury Office Furniture | Kramerville

Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Experience in the interior design industry or a strong network within the sector will be considered a significant advantage. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients, including designers, architects, and end clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their office furniture requirements.
  • Present product offerings to clients, highlighting the quality and benefits of the products.
Negotiation and Closing:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and follow up on delivery and after-sales support.
Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the design, costing and production teams to ensure client specifications are met.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the furniture, interior design, or related industries.
  • Strong network within the interior design community is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
