Our client, a dealership in Northcliff currently has URGENT vacancies for Used Vehicle Sales Executive

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible to plan, manage & monitor the implementation of all vehicles sales activities and processes to maximize vehicle sales and profits. They will be strong minded individuals that can handle a target driven environment, the dealership culture requires a team player that is always willing to give 110% of what is expected with a personality that needs constant growth. REQUIREMENTS

• To sell the maximum number of vehicles
• To ensure the full sales process is followed ensuring dealership profitability 1st & 2nd
• To ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at all times in accordance with Company sales policy to ensure future repeat sales
• To ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately recorded and registered
• To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities
• To ensure all payments for vehicles are complete and correct for each transaction
• To ensure observance of safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times
• To establish and maintain a rapport with all potential and actual customers that enhances their image of the company
• To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration
• To discuss any pricing policy changes affecting vehicle sales
• To have the ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and to close a sale
• To have up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices
• To be available at all times for update training
• To ensure that personal appearance is impeccable at all times

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Drivers license
• At least 3 years Used Vehicle Sales Experience
• Computer literate
• Automotive Industry Experience
