- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related
- +5 years sales experience
- Experience in automotive aftermarket part sales
- Experience managing a team
- Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and industry trends
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, processes and reports
