As a sales and marketing agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of products to customers, while also driving new business through marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
- Actively promote and sell products to meet individual and team sales targets
- Utilize various marketing channels to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and promotions
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
