The Following Experience Is Essential
- Min 5 - 10 years experience in an Export Sales Management role
- Previous work experience within Sub Saharan Africa
- B2B Sales experience - at least 5 years
- Experience in directly managing a sales team
- Technical aptitude and experience
- Innovation and technology capable
- Strong data analysis skills
- Financial and commercial experience (eg. P & L accounts, contribution, costs and budgetary control
- Strong and proven leader with a track record of direct and virtual team leadership, as well as cross functional project management
- Knowledge and understanding of the complexities in dealing with Direct Export Customers
- Experience in identifying, recommending and implementing customer-based solutions
- Developed business and commercial acumen
- Grade 12 and minimum 3-year relevant Commercial degree/diploma
- Post-Graduate qualification/tertiary related to technical innovation (Mechatronics, IOT, Research, Science, Electronics)
