Candidates:* Providing career advice and guidance*
Matching candidates from our database to opportunities*
Briefing candidates on roles*
Marketing roles to existing and new candidates Clients:Calling clients and face to face new business to acquire new clientsTo gain knowledge of clients, organization and roles which are being recruited for running recruitment campaigns, Managing end to end recruitment process ideally. You must have proven and consistent billing ability, reaching and exceeding targets.
