A fast growing FMCG company requires an energetic, performance driven individual for a Sales Representative role operating out of Blackheath, Western Cape. The successful individual will report to the Branch Manager.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumable Goods) Sales or;
-Sufficiently qualified to make a success of an FMCG sales representative position.
-Code 8 Drivers license.
-Own vehicle.
-Clear criminal and ITC record.
-Matric qualification.
-Additional Marketing Degree or Diploma is an advantage.
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
-Sales & market driven.
-Target orientated, competitive, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure.
-Be prepared to drive long distances and sleep out of town when required.
-Position will require candidate to call on existing customers, stimulate orders for an existing range of well-known popular products, launch new products directly to customers, control customer payments, manage in-store merchandising, manage product returns, able to analyse sales reports, control expense budgets and be fully punctual in his / her personal administration responsibilities.
-Call region: Retail stores within the Westcoast region including Overberg & Boland Areas.
- Salary negotiable between 12k to16k dependent on the candidates experience.
-Allowances: petrol card, vehicle maintenance, travel and cellphone.
