Position: Sales rep
Based in Bayhead
Salary: 350k Annual Salary, use of company vehicle (subj to tax), company cellphone.
Job Description
1. Services existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
2. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
3. Generating revenue and acquiring customers
4. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
5. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
6. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily\weekly and monthly call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses
7. Recommends changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
8. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
9. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Strong customer relationship building skills are essential, with the ability to interface at a senior business level
