Zibo Containers (Pty) Ltd, manufacturer of plastic packaging, has a vacancy for an experienced, self-motivated and driven sales representative based in Durban (New Germany).
Job requirements:
- The right candidate will be highly motivated, driven and have proven experience in managing existing customers as well as identify, establish and grow a new customer base.
- A go- getter with a positive attitude.
- Degree or post matric diploma/qualification,
- 3 – 4 years sales experience within the Food Packaging Industry,
- Valid, unendorsed driver’s license and own reliable vehicle,
- Competency in MS Office,
- Syspro experience will be to your advantage,
- Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal,
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills,
- Excellent relationship building skills,
- Good interpersonal skills,
- Able to work independently and unsupervised.
Job responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, and provide professional and excellent customer service.:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets,
- Compile a sales plan in line with sales targets,
- Visit identified target customers,
- Grow and acquire new business in accordance with the company strategy,
- Build and develop strong relationships with all customers,
- Maintain and update customer database,
- Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively,
- All administration pertaining to customers within area,
- Process & enter customer orders onto Syspro,
- Maintain and improve product knowledge,
- Additional duties as required
