National Senior Certificate

Preferred Qualification

Degree or Diploma in IT or Sales related qualification

Experience Required

1 3 years of proven Sales Experience in onboarding new customers definite hunter
1 3 years developing strategic solutions with customers
Ability to see the applicability of our solution within a bigger-picture deployment

Duties/Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for Impression Signatures solutions in the customer workflows
New Business Development - Sourcing New Clients
Develop business plans with identified accounts
Assist with implementing suggested plans and strategies
Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
Conduct complex analysis to find new market opportunities
Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors and suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
Handle business deals operations and activities
Oversee the implementation of different contracts
Build, encourage, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Attending meetings with clients in a technical sales expert function.
Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
Ensuring that the company's product can deliver on the customer's requirements post-implementation
Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
Presenting proposals to customers
Providing ongoing support for customers post-implementation as and when needed.
Articulating the business and technical value of our solutions and products to senior managers and technical decision-makers
Positioning our technical solutions in competitive scenarios.
Own and drive technical solution strategy and design for our clients.
Produce solution documentation that forms part of the proposal process to our clients
Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
