- Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience in a corporate gifts environment will be advantageous.
- Above average verbal and written English communications skills to communicate professionally with customers and internally, both telephonically and by email.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Stand In for all the different levels of Account Managers should they not be in on the day
- Resume all their daily functions on your stand in days (uphold CAP consistency/ accountability/ professionalism)
- Provide a detailed hand over report to the relevant Account Manager upon each completion of the sit-in.
- Ensure all Account Manager objectives are upheld.
- If all Account managers are in, you will be allocated to assist Account managers.
- Provide professional assistance and information as well as solutions to clients
- Follow-up on all outstanding work on a daily basis and ensure all emails are attended to within the specified timeframe.
- Follow-up on layouts/ or other departments and liaise with clients as required.
- Monitor production timelines.
- Generate quotations, job cards, correspondence, etc., in required format.
- Protect the integrity of the company at all times.
- Adhere to health and safety requirements and ensure compliance at all times.
- Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
- Maintain and improve housekeeping and hygiene standards within department.
