Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is a crucial building block in developing our sales team, with the potential for growth into a Sales Manager position. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in lead generation and outbound sales, with a focus on developing strong customer relationships and driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Develop and execute strategies to obtain new customers and grow our client base in South Africa.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to engage with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain alignment on sales goals.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, using data to refine and improve strategies.
- 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in the US Market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Must be based in South Africa and available to work EST hours.
- Experience in a remote or international sales environment.
- Knowledge of the screen printing industry would be a plus
