Our Johannesburg and Cope Town sites are key hubs for our Business Area Racks & Storage, and we are now looking for our next star: a passionate International Sales Support & Brand Co-ordinator to join our team. This position reports to the International Accounts Manager for Dometic Front Runner and will work from our Johannesburg offices.
About The Position
The International Sales Support & Brand Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the international sales team to drive new business and achieve sales growth for Front Runner Dometic products globally. This position is primarily office-based and is responsible for a blend of sales support, order processing, client communication, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with international dealers and clients, assisting with lead generation, and supporting sales initiatives to expand market reach. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and willing to assist with dealer visits or events as required, with the flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as the role develops.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Sales Operations & Administration Support international sales with order processing, client communication, CRM management, data accuracy, and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Reporting & Insights Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and market feedback while monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.
- Crossdepartment Coordination Facilitate communication and scheduling between sales, finance, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Customer & Dealer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with international dealers and clients, manage queries via systems like Zendesk, and provide highquality customer service.
- Sales Growth & Marketing Support Assist with lead generation, followups, sales initiatives, product knowledge support, and contribute ideas to sales and marketing strategies.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within Sales; ideally working with consumer lifestyle brands as well as possessing the following qualifications and experiences:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or relevant degree/diploma.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service environment (international or automotive industry experience advantageous).
- Communication, Interpersonal & Customer Service Skills - Strong written and verbal English, relationshipbuilding abilities, customerfocused mindset, and effective problemsolving and conflict resolution.
- Technical & Analytical Competence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, strong computer literacy, and the ability to analyse sales data and identify trends.
- Organisation, Adaptability & Work Ethic - Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment, and a proactive, positive, and adaptable approach.
- Teamwork, Independence & Flexibility - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, willingness to support events or dealer visits, flexibility with working hours, and a valid drivers licence as an advantage.
