RSAWEB is looking for an FTTH Door-to-Door Sales Team Lead to manage and support a team of independent sales agents selling high-speed fibre internet. This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Key Objectives
  • Managing a team of FTTH Door-to-Door Sales Agents
  • Training, coaching, and motivating agents to hit sales targets
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring sales targets are met
  • Assisting agents in closing deals and handling escalations
  • Reporting on team performance and providing insights to management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales team leadership (door-to-door or direct sales experience preferred)
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Goal-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • A valid PDP license is preferred
