Team Leader Sales at Digiworx Branding

We are looking for well spoken Team Leaders who will be incharge of guiding, monitoring and leading an entire group. They will be responsible for motivating their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and executing activation briefs and instruction from the operations manager.
• Successful execution of their campaigns in their clusters and counties.
• Recruit good promoters in their areas
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating the team to achieve campaign / project goals.
• Achieve targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Problem solving
• Quick to action
• Conduct training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Conduct post activation debrief and compile learnings
• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
