Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Cape Town. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing knowledgeable recommendations about products, and closing deals to meet sales targets. Day-to-day duties include maintaining product knowledge, demonstrating vehicles, following up on customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records and working closely with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, including strong interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation strategies
- Proficiency in maintaining records and basic inventory management
- Familiarity with the automotive or motorcycle industry is highly advantageous
- Results-driven mindset and ability to work towards achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license
- Previous sales experience, particularly in the automotive or retail sector, is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales or business management are a plus
