Introduction

We are recruiting for a SAP HCM Administrator I to work within the Group Compensation & Benefits Services department. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Business Systems Analyst (SAP HCM).

Job Description
  • Documentation and Administrative Tasks
  • Ensuring knowledge management documents are continuously updated
  • Project assistant, ensuring all project documentation is complete and manage the project plan to date
  • Organisational Management
  • Generation and management of Performance Appraisal documents
  • Upload processes and managing of weekly errors relating to Training and Events Management
  • SharePoint Management of Human Capital
  • User Management (SAP, 4ME, Onbase)
  • 4ME template management (CRM) of the Group HR Suite
  • Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc or project reporting
  • Data Analytics
  • Payroll related system activities audit of SARS codes, legislation across all countries and ensuring system alignment
  • Time Management - ensuring the knowledge of system setup is continuous and error resolutions where required
  • Training end users on various system/ business tools
Requirements

Minimum requirements

Qualifications And Experience
  • 1 year experience in payroll/ HR environment
  • A relevant Diploma/ degree
  • Intermidiate Excel is required
