Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join our transformation initiative involving SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors deployment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of payroll processes and configuration, compliance with local legislation, and seamless integration with core SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support SAP Payroll solutions (SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll).
- Lead and deliver at least three (3) full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations.
- Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements across various countries.
- Configure and optimize payroll schemas, wage types, time evaluation integration, and payroll posting to Finance.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including testing, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
- Integrate SAP Payroll with Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Finance modules.
- Support parallel payroll runs, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Engage stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in SAP transformation projects involving hybrid deployment models (e.g., SAP HCM + EC Payroll).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SAP Payroll Consultant.
- Proven success in 3 full-cycle payroll implementations (SAP HCM or EC Payroll).
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Payroll schemas and wage types
- Integration with Finance
- Local payroll compliance requirements
- Payroll schemas and wage types
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders.
- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with global payroll operations and country-specific payroll nuances.
- Familiarity with hybrid SAP HCM/SuccessFactors architecture.
- Agile project delivery experience.
