What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including integrated digital channel campaign development and optimization
- Expertise in optimizing for SEO and SEM leveraging performance analytics tools such as GA, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, & SEM Rush on an enterprise and global scale
- Solid grasp of marketing and customer journeys, personas, company brand, messaging, and positioning
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, customer acquisition, A/B/N testing and the synergy created when SEO and SEM work in compliment of one another.
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating PPC/SEM reporting
- In-depth experience with bid management tools
- Working knowledge of technical SEO components and coding languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Our web properties are a critical channel across brand, commerce, lead acquisition, digital containment and education initiatives. Visibility of these sites is vital to delivering on all of these initiatives and often the battle to attract the right audiences occurs in the search channel. Were looking for someone who understands the dynamic interplay between SEO and SEM, combining the disciplines to maximize our SERP real estate. The person in this role will have executional responsibility for PPC and SEO efforts while acting as a resource for others around the global organization to elevate our enterprise approach.
- You will own growth for high priority products, industries, and solutions as well as seek alignment and partnership with team members across TransUnion to use PPC and SEO tactics appropriately to do everything from nurture top-of-funnel to the bottom-of-funnel leads, improve brand perception, and drive digital self service.
- You will partner with marketing Operations and Content leads to scale and improve existing workflows and processes with a focus on efficiency.
- Drive testing strategies to inform bidding, targeting, creative, and landing page optimization that engage all audiences.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed web pages.
