I can work in production department as an operator i can work in control room as a security guard i ve got grade B in securtiy gaurd

I have over 30 years work experience which mainly involves sales and management in the security service industry. I have no problems adjusting to any type of industry as I learn and act very fast. I have learnt about business in general through life's challenges and have the experience and knowledge to work around challenges and getting those opportunities when they arise. I am and always have been a peoples person and am able to deal with various types of personalities across the field. Each challenge is different and am able to run with it accordingly. I have fair but firm policy when managing staff or workforce. I am able to communicate in various languages (Eng, Afrikaans, Zulu and Xhosa), so this gives me an immediate advantage when dealing with potential customers or staff. I am not perfect having learnt valuable lessons during my business/work career and understand the importance of taking each challenge as an opportunity and conducting myself to the best of my knowledge. I enjoy and play all types of sports (i,e. cricket, tennis, golf and enjoy fishing). I am a humble but deeply motivated person having done the hard yards in life. Should I get an opportunity with a potential company in a senior management position or sales management, I will lead by example and allow others younger than me to learn my skills and also adjust to the modern trends.
