Develop and implement the Group Security Strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Manage contracts of external Security Service Providers

Manage and maintain Security principles and sound record keeping

Ensure that any security threats to the organization are identified proactively and Security Vulnerability and Risk Assessments and Audits are done, and address issues identified

Develop and maintain Security Strategies, Plans, Policies and Procedures in line with set Group Security standards

Ensure security services are delivered within the limitation of the laws, regulations and enforce policies and procedures. i.e. PSIRA requirements, Criminal Procedure Act, Minerals Act, Mine Health and Safety Act, Firearms control Act, Prevention and Combatting of Organized Crime, etc.
