Job description
Brincor Security Solutions is expanding our technical team. Were looking for a skilled and reliable Security Technician to support installations, maintenance, and client-facing security solutions across our operations.
Key Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and related security equipment
Conduct site assessments and provide accurate technical recommendations
Perform fault-finding, repairs, system testing, and preventative maintenance
Prepare quotations based on assessments and client requirements
Respond to technical call-outs and breakdowns
Ensure all installations meet company standards and client specifications
Complete job cards, reports, and technical documentation accurately
Liaise professionally with clients and provide basic user training when required
Maintain tools, equipment, and company assets in good working condition
Minimum Requirements Valid PSIRA registration (Grade C minimum)
Minimum 3 years experience as a security / alarm technician
Relevant qualification or verifiable training in security systems
Proven ability to conduct site assessments and compile quotations
Knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, electric fencing, and/or access control
Valid drivers licence
Medically fit and physically capable of field work
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently or within a team
