What Youll Be Doing
- Manage the full sales cyclefrom inbound lead to closed deal
- Qualify incoming leads and develop outbound strategies to generate new business
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver persuasive presentations, and guide prospects toward conversion
- Build trusted relationships with small business owners, operators, and franchise candidates
- Keep a clean and efficient pipeline using HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging, positioning, and sales processes
- Share insights on customer objections, feedback, and emerging market trends
- Mentor junior sales reps and help elevate the overall performance of the sales team
- 23+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C or healthcare background a plus)
- Proven ability to close mid- to high-ticket deals, especially with small business owners or executives
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, consultative approach
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing a structured sales pipeline
- CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
- Bonus: Experience in a franchise, service-based, or operations-focused business
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable working remotely and independently on an EST schedule
