Purpose of Position:

To provide the department with an effective administrative support service and assist clients on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Required), Secretarial certificate or diploma (Required), Valid South African drivers licence (Code EB) (Required)

Required Experience:

2-3 years administration related work experience

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and arrange training events / workshops to ensure training takes place according to the annual training schedule., Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Monitor and maintain departmental facilities, equipment and resources to ensure optimal functioning., Perform departmental administrative tasks to provide administrative support to the department., Perform QC related tasks to ensure standards are maintained.
