Senior M2R Specialist

Purpose

To plan, manage and execute Market to Resource Optimisation (M2R) projects and other aspects thereof across Exxaros Coal value chain, in collaboration with the M2R Lead
More specifically, this position is expected to coordinate and support integrated M2R efforts internally for commercial value generation, conduct projects to develop M2R tools, capabilities and processes that support alternative scenario plans and decisioning, manage the integration of solutions with other M2R enablers, and to formalise the development of intelligence and foresight that spans different teams, business units, the value chain and the marketplace
Duties may be assigned to this position as needed i.e., assignments and collaboration partners will vary greatly as the M2R strategy progresses and we will require flexibility to accommodate unforeseen tasks that are time sensitive
Ensure that all aspects for sales execution is in place for non standard transactions and optimise the flow to ensure maximum capacity utilisation
