Senior Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders, both internally and externally to understand business objectives and requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
Designing new components and enhancements to complex systems
Create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, UML diagrams user stories and data migration plans.
Analyse complex business problems and provide data-driven insight and recommendations.
Review testing artefacts in preparation for the quality assurance process to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts on best practices and methodologies.
Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis to support decision-making.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements through workshops, and data analysis.

Creation of training materials and user guide documentation.
