As the successful incumbent you will be required to create and maintain technical, functional specifications and provides technical support, training, coaching to the project staff. You be responsible for collaborating with other members of the group to define and implement business processes, including the identification of system needs.
Requirements
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- 9 years experience in a Business Analyst role with a strong focus on development and/or technical support
- Retail experience is a MUST
- Oracle ERP experience
