Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing BI strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks to support business objectives.
- Gathering and analyzing large volumes of data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Creating insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data analysis to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to uncover opportunities for process optimization, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
- Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing measurement frameworks to track and monitor business performance.
- Providing strategic guidance and actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the BI team.
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) working as a BI Analyst, preferably in the Fintech industry.
- Expert knowledge of BI tools and technologies, such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
