We are looking for a mature chef with lots of experience. You will have to have your own transport as the job requires you to travel between restaurants. You need to be hands on, actively cooking and also training and creating new dishes. Extensive knowledge of costings, ordering, menu design, ordering etc.
We are happy to do training for our specific needs as long as you have a mature attitude and the experience to back you up.
