Our client, a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, is looking for a Senior ESG Consultant. The candidate will provide support and leadership in the field of:
- environmental assessment
- sustainable development
- strategic environmental planning
- Manage EIA projects.
- Compile proposals and reports.
- Coordinate project schedules.
- Manage budgets.
- Appoint and manage specialists.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and sustain new business and client relationships.
- Mentor junior colleagues.
- Registered EAP or Pr.Sci.Nat.
- Valid drivers license and own transport.
- Willingness to travel within and outside South Africa.
- The candidate should have experience in managing ESIAs in South Africa and elsewhere. Experience in an allied specialist sub-discipline (e.g. biodiversity, socio-economic assessment, air quality, climate change) will be an advantage.
