PRETORIA -Hatfield
A law firm requires an EXPERIENCED SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY / CONVEYANCER to do TRANSFERS - conventional and sectional.
To start early January 2022.
REQUIREMENTS:
Computer literate;
Accurate and fast typist;
Stable employment record;
Able to work under pressure;
Work independently with minimal supervision;
Conveyancing Secretary Minimum 10 years experience doing conveyancing - transfers/ Conveyancer Minimum 5 years experience.
Work on a transfer file from inception to completion, including doing finances / final accounts, and final pay-out to all the relevant parties on registration of transfer;
Must be able to comfortably cope with approx 40 + transfer files.
SALARY : R18 000-R20 000
