Attorneys firm in Centurion is urgentl seeking a senior criminal and labour law attorney to join their vibrant team of professionals.
Job responsibilities:
- The person will mostly be involved in Labour Appearances at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils
- Assist with Criminal Trials
- Assist with Domestic Violence and various court appearances
- Attend to drafting of various documents
- Some litigation and consultations
Job requirements:
- Admitted as an attorneys for at least 2 years
- Extensive drafting as well as High Court and Magistrate's Court litigation experience
- Have been involved in various trial matter Criminal; Civil and Labour
- Have High Court and Labour Court experience5. Right of appearance in the High CourtGood with people
- Good communication skill;
- Excellent drafting skill
- Self starter with the ability to efficiently deal with high volume of administration
- Willing to be trained to become a manager in the firm
Package:
- Monthly salary in the amount of R 17 000;
- Fee sharing over and above all fees written to the value of R 40 000 40%;
- 20 days leave a year
