SENIOR FINANCIAL MANAGER - MANUFACTURING

My client, a thriving manufacturing, sales & distribution company, a subsidiary of a listed entity, based in the Western Suburbs of Jozi. They are looking a Senior Level Financial Manager, with tenure in a Manufacturing enviroment***, who reports in a Exec level, to join their established but growing team. Who You Are

• Technical & Operational Accounting - Experience in Consolidations, Board packs & senior level reporting, budget & forecasting, stock management, variance investigations, auditing, payroll, cashflow and balance sheet recons
• Manufacturing forecasting & Stock Management Conducting feasibility studies, Management of stock on hand , in transit, auditing and creating efficiencies in optimising stock vs forecasted orders, experience in RAW Material** costing & forecasting and forex experience
• Leadership - At least 5 years within a Financial Manager position and reporting in at senior/exec level. Abilty to guide, influential and team worker with hands on approach
• Manufacturing Compliance - managing compliance with legal and other requirements such as ISO, SEDEX, FSC, POPIA, EEA
• Solutions Driven - persons with hand-on optimisation and solutions driven experience within a manufacturing / production /fmcg enviroment are preffered
• Oversee Operations(Ad hoc) - Oversee IT and other areas of the business such as Production, Procurement, Quality/HSE, logistics, sales etc from time to time
• Systems Understanding - Systems implementation, understanding of MRP's and ERP's , implementation and optimisation. This person also aware of ISO standards
• Timeous Delivery - Always ahead, prepared and can produce financial figures expediently.

Requirements

BCom Honours + CIMA qualification or SAICA or equivalent

7+ years in Financial Management position, covering the aspects above
