Senior HR Business Partner

Position Summary:

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a vital role in partnering with business leaders across the Middle East, Africa, and initially APAC, to drive initiatives that align with Cepheids strategic goals.

You will bring hands-on HR expertise to a dynamic, fast-paced environment focusing on employee relations, change management, performance optimization, coaching and development, and workforce planning, helping to shape Cepheids culture of continuous growth and operational excellence.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement and adapt global, regional, and country-specific HR strategies, policies, and processes in alignment with Cepheids mission and Danahers Core Values.
  • Serve as a key driver of change initiatives, providing proactive HR leadership and fostering networks to support successful transformation.
  • Anticipate organizational needs and influence outcomes by offering strategic, solutions-oriented HR support.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, attracting and retaining high-performing talent across the business.
  • Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits teams to design competitive packages that reward excellence and enhance retention.
  • Partner closely with HR Operations, HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and external partners to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and maintain trusted relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Support workforce planning through data-driven insights, enabling strategic talent decisions.
Training Requirements:
  • Complete all assigned and mandatory training programs within specified timelines, supporting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years HRBP experience, or Masters degree with at least 3 years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong HR expertise across the Middle East and Africa, with a solid understanding of regional labor laws and cultural dynamics.
  • Proven experience partnering with mid-level and senior leadership teams in multinational environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in change management, with the ability to influence and drive organizational evolution.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the capability to solve complex challenges creatively and recommend best-in-class HR practices.
  • Ability to excel in a high-energy, results-driven environment while maintaining organizational precision and prioritizing competing demands.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity confidently.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and internationally as business needs require.
