Senior Investment Associate

E Squared Investments is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Investment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Investments and contributing to the success of our core investment programs across the entire spectrum, from pre-seed ventures to Series C+ companies. This includes E Squared Ventures (E2V), Co-Investment Fund (E2C), and 3 Capital Ventures (3CV), along with complex structures such as management buy-ins/outs (MBOs/MBOs), mezzanine/project finance, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Role Overview

The Senior Investment Associate will be a core member of the investment team, providing high-level analysis and support across all stages of the deal process. This includes deal sourcing and origination, due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution and closure. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions, gaining exposure to diverse investment types and complex structures.
