Senior Legal Advisor

Our client, in the vehicle saftey solutions industry, is looking for a skilled Senior Legal Advisor who is skilled in litigation (or has experience in various litigation matters) and an individual who has strong contract drafting and negotiation skill to join their team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Master of Laws (LLM) (Beneficial)
• Admitted Attorney in the High Court of South Africa
• Minimum 15 years PQE experience broken down as follows:
• 10 years experience in a reputable law firm
• 5 years experience as in-house counsel
• Strong experience in:
• Commercial Litigation
• Contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Legal Risk & Compliance
• Experience in managing teams
