About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Executive with at least three years of leadership experiencepreferably within a digital marketing agencyto join our clients growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving internal processes, and ensuring the smooth delivery of client campaigns. Your mission will be to streamline workflows, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive efficiency across the organization. Additionally, you will support the leadership team in strategic planning, resource management, and operational excellence.
Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is a plus.
What youll be doing:
- Oversee daily agency operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Develop and implement workflows, systems, and processes to improve productivity across teams.
- Collaborate with department heads to align priorities, resources, and client deliverables.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership for operational improvement.
- Manage schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation across the agency.
- Implement quality control processes to maintain consistency and excellence in client deliverables.
- Lead team check-ins, operational reviews, and provide performance reports to leadership.
- Research and recommend tools or technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of operations management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Social Media, and related marketing services.
- Proven experience in process optimization, workflow management, and resource planning.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management and time-tracking tools (Asana, Monday.com, Time Doctor, or similar).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
