day:o Processes complex and / or elite payrolls in compliance with legisla
tion.o Aligns clients to ADP standard processes and methodo
logy.o Ensures all internal systems, tools, and efficiencies are set up and functioning opti
mallyo Assists with complex and technical projects within Ser
viceso Improves payroll processes for the benefit of clients and associ
ates.o Monitors compliance and initiates the improvement of internal systems and processes, implements payroll best practices, and identifies potential risks to cli
ents.o Drives NPS scores by stablising high risk clients through improved customer ser
vice.o Coaches and develops current associates guided by Service Team Managers assessments and recommendations as well as on-boarding of new associ
ates.o Serves as subject matter expert for technical enqui
r
