We are supporting a forward-thinking Financial Services business in securing a Senior Product Designer to join their team, either in Johannesburg or Cape Town. This is a hybrid position and will play an active role in driving design in production as a function and within the multi-disciplinary product teams.
What you will do:
- Define interactions and services based on relevant business considerations, whilst making use of best practice Product Design skillsets and methodologies.
- Ensure design ideas are tangible for the team and stakeholders using visual storytelling, UX and interaction design techniques.
- Own the UX and Interaction Design deliverables as agreed.
- Design experiences using a range of design methods and practices.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
- Designing products and services for Financial Services will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of interaction models, flows and wireframes.
- Ability to move at a fast pace and ensure quality is provided.
- Knowledge of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions.
