Your Role & Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure effective operations of the Quality Department .
• Operational Management of all quality activities to ensure effective implementation of Quality Systems to IATF 16949 Standards, processes and procedures.
• Management of Laboratory Functions Manage laboratory operations to company standards with a focus on all Metrology to official procedures.
• Management of SQP / SQA manage Supplier Quality Plant and Supplier Quality Assurance both internally and externally.
• Establish and develop relationships with internal and external customers. Maintain robust customer complaints and returns programs.
• Participate, drive and monitor projects across all functions in the business to achieve overall quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Operations or Quality Management
• Management / Leadership experience
• Automotive Quality Core Tools
• IATF Overview
• Certification in SPC / Auditing
• 5 years leadership and Management experience.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in the automotive sector with a proven track record of APQP application and Quality Engineering.
• 5 years experience with IATF16949, APQP and PPAP processes.
• Experience with Quality Systems requirements (ISO9001; IATF16949; Customer Specific Requirements VW, GM, Nissan, Mercedes Benz, BMW.
• Experience with quality core tools (FMEA/MSA/APQP/PPAP).
• In depth Project Management and CIP experience
