About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Closer to join our clients sales team. The primary purpose of this role is to connect with cold and warm leads, effectively qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both appointment setting and closing sales, playing a crucial role in driving revenue, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline, and contributing directly to the success of the sales team.
Experience In The Blue-collar/trades Industry Is Preferred.
What youll be doing:
- Conduct outreach to warm and cold leads, introducing the organization and its membership benefits.
- Qualify prospects through consultative conversations to assess needs and fit.
- Nurture relationships with leads via phone, email, and SMS to build trust and engagement.
- Confidently present membership value, handle objections, and close sales with integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM for tracking and follow-up.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including outreach activity, appointments, and conversions.
- Drive effective follow-ups to accelerate the sales cycle and achieve consistent closing results.
- Own the closing process from proposal to final agreement, ensuring smooth and successful deal conversion.
- 3+ years of experience in appointment setting and closing high-ticket sales.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and performance-oriented with a growth mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is preferred.
