Senior Sales Training Advisor

Responsibilities:
  • Your working day is spent on the phone making outgoing calls
  • Describe the product benefits and any special offers to potential clients
  • Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally
  • Persuade customers to attend one of our training courses
  • Gather and document information about the customer and update SFDC - sales CRM, including dates for follow-up calls and more info about the customers
  • Generate and Qualify leads
About You:
  • 5 years of telesales experience with in-depth ISO Standards knowledge
  • Based in Pretoria
  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline - advantageous
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A polite, confident, and friendly manner
  • Innovative, Client-centric, Agile, and Collaborative
  • Confidence in using computers
  • To enjoy working with customers and building relationships
  • A positive attitude
  • Flexibility and quick thinking
  • Perseverance and the ability to respect customers' answers
  • Good knowledge of all the company's products and services
  • Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
  • Enjoy working within a target-driven environment
  • Team player
  • Understand and comply with the legislation relating to telesales

  • Average of 45 calls per day
  • Achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets
  • Keeping CRM (SFDC) up to date
  • Networking with key accounts
  • Self-Generating Leads
  • L-Q-W Ratio 30-35% win rate
