What you'll be doing
- Define and document the best solutions in response to customer pain points
- Interpret customer needs and translate them into integration requirements documents
- Collaborate with Product, Integration and Support Teams
- Drive the journey of upgrading existing customers to the latest SaaS offering
- Fulfil Senior PM duties while working with Project Delivery team
- Proven experience in performing both project management and solutioning
- Solid skills in data mapping, data translation, impact identification, process design, documentation
- 10+ years solution analysis experience or similar
- 8+ years project management
- Exposure to Sharepoint (beneficial)
