What Youll Do
Next-generation risk assessment deinvesting away from binary underwriting and revisioning risk selection utilizing mega data, AI and curiosity. Modernized underwriting using cutting edge technology to more accurately and quickly assess risk, price and bespoke coverage/terms to profitably grow and manage a book of business. Basic Requirements
- 5+ years of Habitational underwriting/insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of habitational insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
- Retail agency relationship preferred
- Curiosity, hardworking, self-accountable, positive attitude, humble and fun
- Have an opinion, share your opinion and be open to other opinions
- Passion to obtain, retain and employ knowledge as well as share knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Candidate must be located in California with a working understanding of the California insurance landscape
- Base Salary: $100, 000 - $125, 000
- Variable Bonus - Paid Quarterly
