Core Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client engagements, reporting directly to Managers and above.
- Lead and train junior staff, fostering technical expertise and professional growth.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about local and global tax issues, particularly in the asset and wealth management sector.
- Actively participate in business development initiatives and internal branding activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and service delivery.
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- A CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Master of Taxation, or active progress toward one (preferred).
- Relevant tax experience in U.S. partnership and/or corporate tax (required).
- Expertise in compliance and consulting for investment partnerships, including hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity, and venture capital funds.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage clients and teams.
